These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", or "you") and CS8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the CS8 website located at https://cs8.cam, including all associated services, features, games, and content made available therein.

CS8 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed for and primarily serving players in Malaysia. The Platform provides live casino games, slots, sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and international football — lottery, arcade, and related gaming services.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager on CS8, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on CS8, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. CS8 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any stage, and failure to provide satisfactory evidence of age will result in immediate Account suspension and the forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending further review.
2. Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your personal responsibility to determine whether using CS8's services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Persons who are bankrupt, subject to a court-ordered gambling exclusion, or who are legally prevented from entering contracts are not eligible to hold an Account.
4. One Account per Person: Each individual may hold only one (1) CS8 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts.
5. Accuracy of Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of CS8's services, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information, selecting a username and password, and confirming your acceptance of these Terms. Registration is available to eligible individuals only and is subject to CS8's right to approve or decline any application at its sole discretion.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

CS8 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (MyKad) or passport
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet or Boost account showing your registered name)
• Any additional documentation that CS8 may reasonably require to confirm your identity or the source of funds

Withdrawals will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Delays in providing requested documentation may result in the temporary restriction of Account functions.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any security codes with any third party. CS8 will never request your password through live chat, WhatsApp, email, or any other channel. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify CS8 customer support immediately via live chat.

Your use of the CS8 Platform is subject to the following general conditions. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these conditions at all times.

• You will use the Platform solely for personal, recreational purposes and not for commercial gain through system exploitation or advantage play that contravenes these Terms.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that could interfere with, disable, or compromise the integrity of the Platform's systems or other Users' experience.
• You acknowledge that all games and betting markets on CS8 involve an element of chance and that past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
• You will not attempt to access any part of the Platform's backend, API, or administrative systems without explicit authorisation.
• You will not use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• You accept that CS8 reserves the right to void bets and/or suspend Accounts where evidence of systematic exploitation, collusion, or abuse of promotions is identified.

6.1 Deposits

CS8 accepts deposits via the following methods: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless the transaction is denominated in cryptocurrency.

Minimum deposit amounts are as stated on the Platform's deposit page. CS8 does not accept third-party deposits. The name on the payment method used must match the name on the registered Account. Deposits made from accounts that do not belong to the Account holder may be returned and the Account may be subject to a security review.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification and a minimum withdrawal amount as specified on the Platform. Estimated processing times by method are as follows:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically under 5 minutes from approval
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Typically 5–15 minutes from approval
• Bank Wire Transfer: Typically 15–60 minutes from approval

Quoted processing times represent averages during normal operating conditions. CS8 makes no absolute guarantee of withdrawal speed, as processing times may be affected by factors outside CS8's control including banking system maintenance, public holidays, and payment network delays.

6.3 Currency

The primary currency of the CS8 Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, the equivalent MYR value will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. CS8 is not liable for any fluctuation in cryptocurrency values between deposit and withdrawal.

CS8 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and other incentive programmes to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus. Bonuses not fully wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the Account without notice.
• CS8 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a bonus is cancelled, wagering requirements already partially met will not carry forward.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to collusion with other players, exploitation of system errors, or systematic circumvention of wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, any associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• The cryptocurrency deposit bonus (up to MYR 688 at a 2% rate) is subject to individual promotion terms and minimum deposit thresholds as stated on the Platform. For players aged 21 and above only.

All bets placed on CS8 are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules, where applicable, are available within the respective product area of the Platform.

• A bet is considered accepted once a bet reference number has been issued by the Platform. CS8 reserves the right to decline or void any bet placed due to system error, incorrect odds, or clear pricing mistakes.
• In the event that a live game, match, or event is suspended, postponed, or cancelled after a bet has been placed, CS8's event-specific rules will determine the settlement of the affected bet. Players are encouraged to review the applicable sport rules prior to placing bets.
• Asian Handicap and Over/Under (Totals) markets on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other competitions will be settled in accordance with official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
• CS8 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns, potential match manipulation, or where the integrity of the event is in question.
• The maximum payout per bet or per event is subject to limits as specified on the Platform. CS8 is not obligated to honour bets that exceed stated maximum payout limits.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the CS8 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent banning, and the forfeiture of all Account balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or facilitate any illegal financial activity
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account
• Employing automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer format
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the Platform's code, odds data, or game logic
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards CS8 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Exploiting known software bugs, glitches, or errors rather than reporting them to CS8 support

CS8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• A request for self-exclusion submitted by the Account holder
• Determination that the Account holder is under 21 years of age

Upon closure of an Account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds and any winnings under investigation) will be returned to the Account holder via the primary withdrawal method on file, subject to completed KYC and the absence of outstanding investigations.

A User may request the closure of their own Account at any time by contacting CS8 customer support via live chat. Self-excluded Accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.

CS8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or personal distress. In line with this commitment, CS8 provides the following player protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account to control spending.
• Loss Limits: Players may request loss limits to cap the amount they can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may enable session duration notifications to be reminded of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from CS8. During a self-exclusion period, the Account cannot be used and marketing communications will be suspended.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts are available to remind players of time elapsed and activity during a session.

All content on the CS8 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game software, audio-visual materials, betting interfaces, and the overall structure and layout of the Platform — is the intellectual property of CS8 or its respective licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's software or design
• Frame or mirror the Platform on any other website without prior written consent
• Systematically extract data or content from the Platform

Any unauthorised use of CS8's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by CS8.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CS8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings resulting from a technical failure, bet void, or system interruption
• Errors or omissions in odds prices, game outcomes, or promotional communications caused by technical malfunction
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong
• Interruptions, downtime, or service unavailability caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit CS8's liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

CS8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material in nature, CS8 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the Platform or through Account communications. The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 10.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which CS8 holds its operating licence.
